In 2000, Jamie O’Neal was one of the hottest voices on Country Radio, thanks to the hits ‘When I Think About Angels’ ‘There Is No Arizona’ and ‘Somebody’s Hero.’ Now, the experienced country singer is lending a helping hand to newcomer Rachele Lynae.

As you know, we always have our eyes on the rising new stars in Nashville, especially those that can fill the dance floor at our WGNA Country Dance Nights. Thanks to Marco Club Connection, we’ve discovered another great artist and song that will be a welcome addition to any country party playlist!

After singing in church as a child, Alaska’s Rachele Lynae began writing songs when she was 12-years-old, and by the time she was 17, she had hit the road and began gaining a reputation as a riveting live performer. Rachele moved to Nashville to attend Belmont University, the prestigious school that groomed such country notables as Josh Turner, Trisha Yearwood and Brad Paisley.

Like many of Nashville’s hopefuls, Rachele honed her skills performing at some of Nashville’s famed honky tonks, including Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge. At the end of her senior year, she recorded a five-song EP that she shared with musician/manager, Jimmy Murphy. He was so impressed with her voice and the caliber of her songwriting that he shared Rachele’s music with his daughter, Jamie O’Neal. Jamie and Rachele immediately connected and began working on the young artist’s new project.

Now, at the age of 24, Rachele Lynae has crafted an impressive collection that showcases her depth and diversity as an artist. ‘Party ‘Til the Cows Come Home’ is an all out party anthem that makes it impossible to sit still. Rachele penned the dance floor favorite with O’Neal, Murphy and hit writer Stephanie Bentley (whose credits include Faith Hill’s ‘Breathe’, Martina McBride’s ‘Concrete Angel’ and Gloriana’s ‘Wild At Heart’).
