(Nashville, TN – March 10, 2009) DigitalRodeo.com and Country Radio Broadcasters, Inc.® celebrated the official conclusion of this year's 40th anniversary of Country Radio Seminar® with a late night, cover-songs-only jam session at Cadillac Ranch on Friday night, March 6.
The show, billed as "The 40th Anniversary Jam: A Musical Thanks to Radio," featured nearly two-dozen artists performing their favorite cover songs from the last 40 years. The two-and-a-half hour set included performances from: Kate and Kacey, Danielle Peck, Jimmy Wayne, Sunny Sweeney, Darryl Worley, Emily West, Jamie O'Neal, Brady Seals, Chuck Wicks, Andy Griggs, Crystal Shawanda, KingBilly, Julianne Hough, Mark Wills, Amanda Wilkinson, David Nail, Emerson Drive, Adam Gregory, Chris Young, Jessica Harp, James Otto, Mandy Barnett and Blake Shelton. Shelton was joined by girlfriend Miranda Lambert at the end of the night for the Bellamy Brothers' classic "If I Said You Had a Beautiful Body."
"The 40th Anniversary Jam was a huge success for everybody involved," says DigitalRodeo.com Director of Marketing and Promotions John Pyne. Digital Rodeo was a prominent sponsor at this year's CRS-40. The online country music lifestyle site set up a booth in the Convention Center on Wednesday and Thursday, informing attendees about DigitalRodeo.com and interviewing artists for DRTV, available exclusively at the website. CRS volunteers were easily spotted everywhere throughout the week in bright red CRS-40/DigitalRodeo.com t-shirts.

“This song is incredibly personal to me,” Scott reveals. “I co-wrote it with a couple of friends who also happened to be fabulous songwriters! This song is exactly what my real life relationship is all about. I think it has elements of fun and reality, sexiness and humor.”
Scott’s music career began in her native Canada where she recorded her first album, Souvenir with producer Steve Fox, and Scott has been proud of the opportunities she’s had to tour with both George Fox and Michelle Wright over the last few years. Early in her career Scott won a CMT Canada Rising Star contest where the grand prize included the opportunity to film her very first music video, and she also received extensive airplay for her first Canadian single, “I Fall in Love Too Fast.”
