Line Dance Contest

- A detailed description of the steps and counts.
- A video clip of people performing the line dance. We will be creating a You-Tube page of all your line dances and the winner will be at the top of the list.
- A picture of the Choreographers would be helpful.
- Don’t forget your contact information with a phone number for John Michael Montgomery to call when you win an autographed guitar!
Drink Recipe Contest

- The ingredients and the quantity of each
- The Bartender’s photo holding up their “Mad Cowboy Drink” creation.
- A few sentences about your creation and how you have seen Mad Cowboy Disease in ACTION!
- Don’t forget your contact information with a phone number for John Michael Montgomery to call when you win an autographed guitar!
